We ship worldwide from our atelier in Thimphu, Bhutan.

Free standard shipping on all orders over €500.
All orders are shipped via tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country of residence — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Items must be in its original form with all tags intact and free from odours (including perfume and smoke). To initiate a return, please email office@yarnandyathrahouse.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or greater value. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. All return and shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Custom Orders & Returns
As each custom-made piece is specially created according to your individual requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised or custom orders. We kindly encourage you to review all details carefully before placing your order. Our team is always happy to assist you to ensure your custom piece meets your expectations
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
